Collaborative

Cooperation is working in the same room. Collaboration is bringing something to the table that helps everyone.

Perception of Teammates – View your team as members of a unit trying to reach your shared goal.

Attitude towards Teammates – Assume their motives are good unless proven otherwise.

Focus on Teammates – Precede your actions by asking, “How will this help the team?”

Results of Teammates – When you take part in your teammates victories, they will support you in yours.

Examples of being collaborative:

Work together with someone you didn’t like or was holding you back to help them excel.
Find a teammate who is good at something you are not, and tell them honestly that you are impressed.
While drilling, work just as hard when your partner drills as you do when it is your turn.
Be involved in Skyline matches even if you are finished wrestling.
