Enlarging

Being responsible for raising your teammates’ ability to another level.

Value Your Teammates – You appreciate the importance of each teammate to the team and they know you believe in them.

Value Your Teammates’ Values – You put effort in finding common ground that you can relate to with each teammate.

Add Value to Your Teammates – You look for each teammates’ strengths and talents and help them increase those abilities for their benefit and for that of the entire team.

Become More Valuable – You work hard to improve so that you can continue to help your partners to improve.

Examples of Enlarging Teammates:

You are proud to see your partner beat people he couldn’t beat early in the season.
You tell your teammates that they are important to the team.
You chat with guys on the team you don’t know to figure out similarities between the two of you.
When a new wrestler hits a nice move you take the time to help him perfect it so it works against tough opponents.
It is important to you to be a good partner when it is their turn.
You help teammates whether or not they help you.
