Intentional
Everything you do is on purpose and you know why you are doing it.
Purpose – Everything you do serves an overall purpose that you understand.
Self-Evaluating – You develop your strengths and fix your weaknesses on purpose
Priorities – It is easy to sacrifice when you know what is important.
Say No – If you can’t turn down distractions, you won’t excel at what you were meant to do.
Long-Term Commitment – Be interested in long-term achievement over short-term rewards.
Examples of Intentional Teammates:
You are comfortable learning your strengths and weaknesses. You never answer, “I don’t know.” When asked why you did something. You drill your best moves more then anyone in the state. You plan ahead, extra workouts, early homework, weight management… You plan for today, you write down individual skills you want to improve each day, and each skill is a part of a larger goal.
